One of the main characteristics of this project is that it is located in a unique position that allows the user to have a unique view of the space that surrounds him. And it is equipped with what is necessary to enjoy this view, such as the main element, the grill, which is located right in the center with space on the sides to place or place the food being prepared. In the center we have a dining room for 8 people who can be watching TV or looking towards the garden with that incredible view. Without a doubt, all this allows the space to fulfill its function.

Another important aspect is that even on the side of the terrace there is a pool, with a Jacuzzi which is directly connected to the terrace, in addition to having a garden that allows emphasizing this area and providing shade with the palm trees that are located there.
