The design of this access consists of creating an attractive but not so economical entrance, so it was proposed that in most of the volume it would only be a polished concrete lining and a quarry detail, right where the booth is located.

Proximity sensors would be located at the top of the cabin to identify the car that is approaching, and the doors could be opened effectively.

Another aspect that is good to mention is that this design has some other important systems that make the subdivision safe, such as a closed-circuit system of cameras and audio that help residents see who is coming and going from their homes. All these details, among others, make this technological and secure entrance.
