We firmly believe that precise planning and good design help change the built environment to improve and transform life of people and their homes, such is the case of this great project that aims to transform that vision into a tangible reality in the near future.

5 duplex housing prototypes were designed, which have been combined differently in each case to make them functional for its users and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, at the same time that they comply with the constructive norms of the city.

The residential subdivision was strategically distributed to give life to the Master Plan, which includes the design of the entrance and the central park of the subdivision, which together, give life to this project.
